THE PROCESS – To book a Consultation there is a $75 Non-refundable fee. This fee is INCLUDED towards the purchase of garment. The $75 fee is used to book and secure your consultation. The consultation will be 30 minutes or less. During the consultation we will discuss design, color options, sizing, and conduct measurements. After all the details are finalized, a final price is reached, contract is signed and a Zelle Request is sent for payment. Upon, completion of payment, we begin construction.
CONSTRUCTION TIME - Your garment is custom made specifically for you. This garment requires a lot of time and special detail and can take up to two months to complete. Expedited service is available upon request at an additional fee.
Approval Process – Once your garment is complete, the approval stage begins. To ensure that the garment is to your liking, we will place the garment on the mannequin, to send detailed photos of all angles, and a video via text message. Upon approval from you within 24 to 48 hours we are able to ship immediately. If approval is not received within this timeframe we will also ship the garment to avoid further delays. Shipping time could take up to 2 to 5 business days within the US.
