Mecca Ibtihaj is the self-taught Tri-State Fashion Designer Owner, Creative Director, Miss Full Figure Caribbean U.S.A. 2021, ShEO & Seamstress of the Syncyre Designs brand. At the age of 19 Mecca discovered her passion for fashion and her overall God given talent of designing clothes for ALL. In only 3 years’ time, Mecca has made a small yet great statement with her designs in the Tri-State (NY, NJ, PA, & CT). Specializing in elegant evening gowns, islamic attire and a list of other things. Her designs and ideas are regularly sought out by clients attending red carpet events, prom, wedding, religious celebrations and/or any occasion in which the client wants to feel set a part from the crowd. Her work has been featured in numerous fashion shows, pageants, magazines, movies and news press such as Ms Full Figure U.S.A., Newark LGBTQ Magazine, Wear Your Heart Fashion Show, Riderz The Movie The Khalif Browder Story just to name a few.

Mecca's quality, style, and overall vision for her brand has greatly set her apart from most in the business. Throughout her current success and favor of God over her life and talent, she remains humble. Mecca believes that her accomplishments thus far are just the beginning phases of a great brand and she plans to continue to perfect her gift by learning all she can about the fashion industry.
